Regional Marketing Manager - South Florida

Responsibilities

Establish and implement an annual marketing plan in conjunction with determining and maintaining the marketing budget for a portfolio of individual marinas
Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing tactics to generate new leads for all aspects of the marinas
Monitor local competition and provide feedback to General Managers
Ensure efficient and effective campaign management that is continually optimized based on performance and ROI via paid media platforms such as Google, Facebook, and third-party vendors
Independently conduct sales driven conversations with boat owners, captains, and yacht managers to communicate value, present offerings, and close opportunities
Track paid, earned, and organic tactics employed and results achieved for continual optimization and improvement of marketing
Develop content for and work with the digital team to maintain individual marina websites and listings
Provide graphic direction for the creative development of campaigns and collateral
Manage marina photography and videography
Coordinate with the marina Social Media Captains and oversee organic social media efforts
Maintain relationships with marina leadership teams by visiting with General Managers, Marina Administrative Managers, Circle of Boating Managers, and other team members to set marketing priorities, answer questions, and respond to special requests
Participate in General Manager and Regional Manager meetings discussing all facets of their marketing campaigns including reporting, data analysis, insights, budget forecasting, and future optimizations
Assist with, plan, and execute local grassroots sales and marketing campaigns and special events
Coordinate with leadership and all departments to maximize Marketing’s value across the company
Drive measurable revenue impact by creating and executing targeted campaigns that increase inquiries, tours, and contracted slip agreements across the region

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising
2-5 years of relevant experience at an agency or in a corporate setting
Experience with SEO, paid search, paid social, marketing analytics, and conversion optimization strategies
Must possess excellent time and task management proficiency with strong attention to detail on simultaneous projects
Must have experience with content strategy, creation, and optimization
Must have experience with digital and traditional marketing initiatives
Must have a solid understanding of design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Must have familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Monday, Meta Business Suite, etc
Must be passionately curious and not afraid to ask the right questions to capture essential angles and details
Must be an innovative problem solver able to craft solutions to business opportunities and challenges
Must be adaptable and open to learning new skillsets quickly
Must be able to work independently to achieve goals and targets
Must maintain a professional demeanor and versatile communication skills with all levels of both internal and external personnel
Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment which may require multi-tasking
Must demonstrate proactive and self-sufficient characteristics on a consistent basis
Must be a team player who can build and maintain professional relationships
Must have the ability to demonstrate and articulate a philosophy around how and why to do marketing
Must be reliable and timely

Preferred

Experience in the hospitality or marine industries is a plus
HubSpot experience is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
