Responsibilities
Use your knowledge of CarMax inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
Qualification
Required
Good listening skills
Strong customer focus
High level of self-motivation

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail
Benefits
Sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules.
In Washington, part-time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law.
Between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period.
4 hours of Floating Holiday Time each calendar year subject to manager approval.
