The Project Manager will oversee project schedules and budgets, engage with clients and construction teams, and ensure safety procedures are implemented.

Responsibilities
Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project
Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and General Contractors
Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
Manage project deliverables
Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of commercial masonry construction experience
Strong communication skills with clients, general contractors, and design consultants
Software experience including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office (including Excel) is required
Significant attention to detail is required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Experience in both masonry estimating and project management is preferred
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
