Lead end-to-end onboarding for new institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate throughout the front-to-back onboarding process

Guide clients through complex requirements including KYC, AML, Tax, Regulatory, and Credit, while coordinating closely with internal partners across Business, Operations, Legal, and Credit

Drive onboarding efficiency by resolving issues, escalating risks as needed, and contributing to process improvements and special projects that enhance client experience and operational excellence
