Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to understand clients' goals and reasons for purchasing the tool

Lead technical discussions and deep dives with customers to understand their product development workflow and tech stack

Guide customers toward optimal implementation of axe Products, leveraging best practices based on their workflow, tech stack, and environment

Develop customer enablement materials such as implementation roadmaps, presentation materials, workflow diagrams, and FAQs to ensure wide-scale adoption and continual renewal of Deque products

Demonstrate the ease of use and quality of Deque’s tools, and enable customers to provide ROI-based cases to their leadership

Serve as the voice of the customer internally to help shape the product roadmap, offering feedback on trends and product enhancement suggestions

Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks that could lead to customer dissatisfaction and/or churn

Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams

Required

At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing technical role

Strong consulting skills with a proven ability to effect change

Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline components

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Preferred

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Web development (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Django), Mobile development (iOS, Android), Backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred
