Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted change management, communication, and enablement plans
Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align objectives and deliverables
Draft, review, and distribute change-related communications and content
Assess organizational impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
Gather feedback and continuously refine change strategies using an agile approach
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in organizational change management and communications
Proven ability to develop actionable change, communication, and enablement plans
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset
Ability to navigate shifting priorities and speak up with recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred
Experience supporting technology or enterprise system transformations
