Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring consistent execution of guest engagement strategies
Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development and high performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with sales and marketing goals
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize guest engagement and conversions
Champion teamwork and a positive culture, setting the standard for excellence in guest-facing interactions
Qualification
Required
Minimum one year experience in lead generation or sales
Demonstrated exceptional proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, genuine empathy, and a customer-centric approach
Flexible availability is required: Must include weekends, with the potential for holidays and extended hours
Unrestricted Driver's License and the ability to travel to multiple locations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in identifying practical issues, reviewing pertinent information, and developing, evaluating, and implementing solutions
Physical capacity to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs comfortably for setup and breakdown tasks
Preferred
Supervisory experience is preferred
