Responsibilities
Define and execute security programs across application, infrastructure, and data security in alignment with business priorities
Lead proactive detection, response, and threat hunting efforts against nation-state actors, ransomware, and advanced persistent threats
Oversee the design and implementation of secure architectures for cloud, containerized, and on-prem environments
Serve as executive lead during major incidents, ensuring rapid containment, remediation, and communication
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) while promoting security-by-design
Partner with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to embed security into development lifecycles and company culture
Champion adoption of cutting-edge security technologies in zero trust, AI-driven detection, and cryptography
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams in security engineering, operations, and risk management
Qualification
Required
12+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles across security domains
Expertise in cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevSecOps, cryptography, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and identity management
Proven success leading responses to complex breaches and security crises
Ability to balance long-term risk reduction with enabling innovation and growth
Exceptional ability to present complex security topics to both technical and executive audiences
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent hands-on and leadership credentials
