Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to uncover trends and support business planning
Prepare clear, visually engaging reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review
Assist with variance analysis and forecasting of revenue and expenses
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial drivers and support process improvements
Support month-end and quarterly reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Up to 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (internships or analyst roles preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Analytical and critical-thinking abilities with a high degree of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with financial reporting, accounting principles, and basic economic concepts
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus
