Corporate & Tax Planning Legal Assistant
LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate & Tax Planning Legal Assistant to support attorneys in corporate planning, real estate planning, and transactional matters. The role involves drafting and revising documents, managing files, and assisting with tax planning documentation.

Responsibilities
Draft, revise, and proofread corporate and transactional documents
Prepare correspondence, manage files, and handle scheduling
Support attorneys with dictation, document management, and administrative tasks
Maintain calendars, coordinate conference calls, and arrange travel
Assist with tax planning documents, including partnership agreements and entity charts
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years legal assistant and/or paralegal experience (corporate or transactional required)
Strong drafting/editing and MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with NetDocs and/or Orion preferred
