Regional Sales Head – Europe (iGaming Focus)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for iGaming and adjacent industries in Europe
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with decision-makers across operators, suppliers, and service providers
Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities, from introduction to proposal stage
Represent BizAcuity at major European events (SiGMA, ICE London, SBC Summit, iGaming NEXT, etc.) and coordinate post-event follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to craft impactful proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting to leadership
Contribute insights on market trends, emerging technologies, and partnership opportunities

Qualification

Required

Based in Malta or nearby, with strong understanding or network within the iGaming sector
Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in B2B technology, SaaS, or data analytics
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working autonomously with global teams
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel across Europe for client meetings and industry events

Preferred

Established network of contacts in gaming operators, affiliates, or platform providers is a strong plus
Other European languages are an advantage
