Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end billing processes for high-volume transactions across multiple regions

Ensure invoices align with contractual terms, tax and duty regulations, and internal policies

Review and approve billing adjustments, credits, and refunds

Monitor daily cash positions and ensure timely application of customer payments

Optimize cash flow through forecasting, reconciliation, and performance tracking

Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to manage liquidity and banking relationships

Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies

Collaborate with IT and Global Finance teams to enhance ERP systems and reporting tools

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external audit requirements

Maintain accurate documentation for all billing and cash management activities

Prepare and analyze billing and cash flow reports for senior leadership

Track and report KPIs including billing accuracy, DSO, cash application timeliness, and reconciliation metrics

Lead, coach, and develop a team of billing and cash application professionals

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
