Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product vision, strategy, and execution from day one
Architect and develop new features and systems, bringing ideas to life with speed and precision
Operate with significant autonomy to identify problems, propose solutions, and deliver results in rapid cycles
Contribute to technical design discussions, offering creative input and pragmatic engineering insight
Work hand-in-hand with end users—particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors—to craft solutions that meet real-world needs
Build secure, scalable systems that meet compliance requirements such as HIPAA and other data protection standards
Champion innovation and iteration, balancing quality with the agility needed to bring products to market quickly
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in professional software development, ideally within high-growth startups or top-tier tech environments
Strong foundation in computer science principles, with proven ability to design and scale production-grade applications
A hands-on builder who enjoys wearing many hats—designing, developing, testing, and occasionally diving into support when needed
Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and undefined challenges
An entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, adaptable, and always eager to learn through experimentation
