Assistant Account Manager

The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers, supporting a team of Account Managers, answering customer inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating renewal paperwork.

Responsibilities
Obtain and review new and existing client applications
Prepare and submit customer requests (i.e. endorsements, certificates and loss runs)
Support the renewal process by gathering forms and obtain missing information
Assist customers with basic questions about their policies
Send coverage updates to customers and follow up to ensure forms are returned
Prepare and mail follow up letters to customers
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients
Preferred
General understanding of commercial property and casualty coverages and rating
