Responsibilities
Leads the design, configuration, and optimization of Epic Beaker workflows within and across specialty areas to enable reliable, efficient laboratory operations and revenue cycle performance
Applies deep understanding of laboratory science, data integration, and order-to-cash processes to create scalable and compliant solutions
Collaborates with laboratory leadership, technology, and cross-application Epic teams to ensure that all Beaker configurations support laboratory excellence, operational efficiency, and end-user experience
Contributes to standardization efforts, governance models, and mentoring of other analysts
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of laboratory science
Experience with data integration
Knowledge of order-to-cash processes
Ability to create scalable and compliant solutions
Experience in leading design, configuration, and optimization of Epic Beaker workflows
Collaboration skills with laboratory leadership, technology, and cross-application Epic teams
Ability to ensure Beaker configurations support laboratory excellence and operational efficiency
Experience in contributing to standardization efforts and governance models
Mentoring skills for other analysts
