Responsibilities

Assist in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, print, and web
Collaborate with senior designers and marketing staff to ensure brand consistency
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
Support in photo editing, layout design, and typography adjustments
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas

Qualification

Adobe Creative SuiteGraphic DesignVisual CommunicationDesign PrinciplesCommunication SkillsTime ManagementAttention to Detail

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, and Word
Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and time-management skills

Preferred

3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
Knowledge of digital platforms, web design, or UI/UX basics
Experience with brand identity or corporate design a plus
