Responsibilities

Administers, maintains, patches, and sustains enterprise systems

Supports Windows, Oracle, Citrix environments

Performs system maintenance and upgrades

Coordinates with IA, S6/G6, and external vendors

Ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies

Provides onsite operational support and troubleshooting

Multi-environment Expertise: Experience working across diverse environments (e.g., Windows, Citrix, MCEN) to ensure seamless integration and support for complex systems like MCFMIS

Security Compliance Management: Familiarity with DOD and Marine Corps security policies, and the ability to assist with security compliance tasks such as Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation and maintaining system ATO

Advanced Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting abilities for resolving technical issues related to MCFMIS, POS systems, and network infrastructure in a timely manner, particularly under tight deadlines

Project Coordination & Management: Ability to manage and coordinate technical refreshes, updates, patches, and system upgrades across multiple locations while maintaining operational continuity

Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between vendors, IT teams, contractors, and the IA community to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on security and technical requirements
