Mid LevelSoftworld, a Kelly Company, is seeking a hands-on Technical Analyst to support their recently implemented Origami application for Property & Casualty operations. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and driving reporting and dashboard solutions for end users.

Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support for Origami users; triage issues, resolve problems, and escalate as needed
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable reporting and dashboard solutions within Origami
Manage data integrity, user access, and provide ongoing system training for new users
Build and maintain system reports and dashboards, often using complex data sets
Support workflow processes, batch tasks, and screen design customizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Origami usage and optimize system processes
Document solutions, track issues, and follow up on outstanding user requests
Qualification
Required
Extensive Origami platform experience – deep familiarity with Origami P&C and its functions (reporting, dashboards, user support, etc.)
Reporting & Dashboard Expertise – proven ability to create, customize, and maintain system reports/dashboards; handle data sets and visualizations for business stakeholders
Technical User Support & Systems Analyst Background – experience resolving technical issues for SaaS applications, working closely with users, and managing system processes
Preferred
Experience with large-scale SaaS risk management implementations
Workflow and process automation experience
Prior experience training users in a technical environment
