Responsibilities
Manage and maintain equipment calibration schedules and databases
Review, approve, and file calibration and preventive maintenance reports
Create and maintain equipment calibration records and asset histories
Coordinate onsite and offsite calibration vendors
Track past-due activities and ensure equipment status compliance
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in equipment calibration or calibration management
Experience in controlled manufacturing or cleanroom environments
Working knowledge of calibration systems, CMMS, or equipment databases
Strong math and basic statistical skills
Preferred
Familiarity with FDA regulations (21 CFR 210/211/820) or ISO 13485
