Responsibilities
Partner with project leadership to define project scope, objectives, and approach
Provide market insights by applying expertise in payer, IDN, and trade landscapes, healthcare reform, and managed care data
Lead project task execution, ensuring timely progress, synthesizing findings, and coordinating team discussions
Monitor and analyze coverage and reimbursement trends, payer policies, pricing and contracting strategies, and barriers to patient/provider access
Translate findings into clear recommendations and present results to clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within the Market Access practice
Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required
5–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical market access and pricing
Strong knowledge of payer and pricing research methodologies
Familiarity with drug registration requirements for government-sponsored programs (particularly Medicare)
Experience with primary research methods, including discussion groups, surveys, and respondent interviews
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and synthesize into actionable insights
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
