Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Planning Cloud Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud SCM Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate supply chain planning requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle SCM Planning Cloud modules including:
Demand Management
Supply Planning
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud Planning functionalities
Configure planning cycles, calendars, measures, hierarchies, and data models
Design and develop data integrations using FBDI, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live activities
Provide functional guidance and best practices to business users
Collaborate with technical teams for extensions, reports, and customizations
Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and training materials

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Planning Cloud
Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Planning
Experience with S&OP / IBP processes
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM data structures
Experience with integrations (OIC, REST, FBDI)
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Oracle Cloud SCM certifications
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or CPG industries
Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud integration
