AlphaX is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service and Permit Coordinator to support their operations team. The role involves preparing and tracking permits, assisting customers through the permitting process, and ensuring clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate permit applications from start to finish with accuracy and timely submission
Serve as a primary customer contact while providing updates and handling inquiries
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation in Excel and Word
Collaborate with construction, design, and administrative teams to keep projects moving
Organize digital and physical records for permits, client files, and project documents
Adapt quickly to new systems and take initiative to support workflow improvements

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft WordOrganization skillsCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organization skills with high attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable with consistent Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm availability
