Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy custom Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce components to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration platforms
Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and participate in testing activities (including sandbox testing, regression testing, and production smoke testing) to ensure code quality and minimize disruptions during releases
Support the planning and execution of Salesforce releases, including code deployments and post-deployment validation. Adhere to best practices for minimizing disruption during releases
Analyze and optimize code for performance and scalability
Work collaboratively with business analysts, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, design documents, and user guides
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
3+ Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns
3+ Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
3+ Experience with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code)
Strong understanding of Salesforce release management processes and best practices, including sandbox testing, regression testing, and production smoke testing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly desired
