Responsibilities
Managing a wide variety of transaction-related projects
Making recommendations on plan design and management for the full array of M&A projects
Serving as the project manager and day-to-day communication liaison with our clients
Trouble shoot issues
Create client deliverables
Contribute to client management and new business activities
Participate in the creation of new intellectual capital
Generate business by participating in new business activities
Expand existing client engagements
Participate in broader benefits and compensation consulting projects within the IGS team
Position yourself to grow into a senior relationship management and/or leadership role by serving as the pivotal point of contact on all projects
Work alongside industry experts on cutting edge solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing transaction-related projects in HR Mergers & Acquisitions
Ability to make recommendations on plan design and management for M&A projects
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison with clients
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
Experience in creating client deliverables
Ability to contribute to client management and new business activities
Participation in the creation of new intellectual capital
Experience in generating business and expanding client engagements
Ability to participate in broader benefits and compensation consulting projects
