Responsibilities

Lead special assignments, delegate, drive, and assign tasks

Ensuring all product line OEMs are aligning with the overall market vision and deliver maximum value on equipment reliability and servicing improvements

Responsible for a collection of products that share similar functionalities or target the same customer segment

Monitor feedback from the field to set overarching vision and roadmap for the product line, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs

Work closely with multiple teams, ensuring alignment on product line goals and coordinating efforts across different teams, products and service support initiatives

Act as primary liaison between product line service stakeholders and EquipmentShare

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required

At least 10 years of Diesel Technical experience
