Analytics Junior Sales
MSCI Inc. is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will support the commercial success of MSCI’s Analytics business by engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping them understand MSCI’s analytics tools.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior sales executives to support all stages of the sales process, from prospecting through closing and onboarding
Conduct market research and identify potential clients across the Americas region
Prepare tailored client presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs
Support client meetings and product demonstrations by developing a strong understanding of MSCI’s Analytics offerings, including risk models, performance attribution, and portfolio construction tools
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and assist with pipeline reporting
Collaborate with internal teams — including product management, client coverage, and marketing — to ensure client needs are met effectively
Analyze client portfolios and usage data to identify opportunities for expansion and increased adoption
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in financial services, analytics, investment research, or B2B sales
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding or interest in quantitative investment analytics, portfolio management, and risk management concepts
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
