Support attorneys in lender-side commercial real estate finance transactions

Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports

Prepare detailed title/survey review letters to obtain proforma loan policies and survey approvals

Collaborate with surveyors, title companies, zoning consultants, and other third-party vendors

Assist in due diligence processes and maintain critical closing documentation

Coordinate with closing attorneys to ensure all lender requirements are satisfied

Manage transaction timelines, documentation tracking, and issue resolution

Adapt to various deal structures and client needs in a fast-paced environment
