SENIOR Data Analyst / SENIOR SQL Developer (No C2C's, No Sponsorship, must be eligible for W2)
Catalyte is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / SQL Developer to assist product and engineering teams in making data-driven decisions. The role involves analyzing user interactions with products, conducting A/B tests, and creating data models and visualizations to support product performance insights.

Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define, measure, and analyze product performance
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments (experience with Eppo is a big plus)
Work with clickstream and session data to uncover user behavior patterns and funnel opportunities
Build robust data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Write advanced SQL queries and Python scripts for analysis, automation, and validation
Create clean, insightful dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools
Conduct data testing and validation to ensure high-quality analytics inputs and outputs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of SQL Development experience
5+ years of experience in product or data analytics roles
Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and data validation best practices
Hands-on experience with Python for analysis or automation
Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar product analytics platforms
Comfort working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers
Experience with A/B testing tools (Eppo, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.)
Proficiency with at least one data visualization platform (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight)
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, consumer web, or growth analytics environments
Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or dbt
Knowledge of statistical testing or experimentation frameworks
