Responsibilities
Generates actionable insights to drive process improvement/creation, inform decision-making and optimization of implementation standards. Formulates strategy and execution recommendations required for successful implementation initiatives
Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, process maps and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability
Monitors project performance against key milestones, deliverables and KPIs. Prepares executive-level reports and insights for leadership
Partners cross-functionally with business, technical and operational teams to gather requirements, align priorities and ensure seamless execution of implementation initiatives
Proactively identifies risks, dependencies and process gaps; recommends and drives corrective action to maintain project momentum
Facilitates implementation communications, including stakeholder updates, meeting summaries and post-launch reviews, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization
Leads post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learning, measure performance and define continuous improvement opportunities
May mentor or guide junior analysts in project management best practices, data interpretation and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
Certification is required in some areas
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proficiency with project management tools, data visualization platforms and process documentation software
Certification in Project Management (PMP or CAPM) or Business Analysis (CBAP)
