Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event production, from concept through on-site execution
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Manage daily activities and workflows using project management tools such as Monday.com
Oversee production schedules and proactively communicate project status
Ensure budget control while meeting and exceeding client objectives
Review and refine event proposals for quality, clarity, and accuracy
Manage technical setups and rehearsals to ensure flawless execution
Research, select, and manage vendors; negotiate proposals and conduct site visits
Prepare proposal decks using Canva, production schedules, scripts, and run-of-show documents
Coordinate digital marketing initiatives that support live events
Lead and coordinate teams during event production and on-site execution
Communicate directly with clients and manage day-to-day relationships
Qualification
Required
4–6 years minimum experience in event production or project management within an experiential marketing agency
Proven experience in Event Management is required
Strong background managing on-site event production, logistics, and technical operations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
Experience managing budgets and coordinating vendors
Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Design, and Creative teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior client-facing experience in an agency environment
Team leadership experience is a plus
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus
This is an in-office role; candidates must be based in or near Miami Beach
