Qualification
Required
2-5 years as an art director at a creative agency setting
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong visual and design sensibilities with an eye for detail
Ability to adapt to and execute a variety of design styles
Good communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively
Collaborative mindset with the ability to take and give creative direction
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
