Field Marketing Manager
QA Wolf is on a mission to eliminate software bugs with their innovative QA solutions. They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and run in-person events that engage key decision-makers and drive pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end executive event programming. Plan, produce, and host elevated dinners and roundtables with a repeatable playbook that scales
Drive the right attendance. Build targeted lists, craft compelling invites, coordinate with AEs and Field Marketing Specialists, and run thoughtful outreach
Be the on-site point person and moderator. Open the room, deliver a sharp 2–3 minute pitch, keep discussions flowing, and ensure every guest leaves with clear next steps
Turn events into revenue. Track attendance, meetings/SQOs/pipeline, report impact, and iterate to maximize ROI
Lead 'fill-the-room' motions. Orchestrate invite strategy and sequences—and roll up your sleeves for targeted cold outreach when needed
Travel to key markets (~30%). Show up where it matters to host unforgettable, on-brand experiences
Qualification
Required
Has 3+ years of building and running elevated, in-person executive experiences
Is the natural 'face of the room.'
Owns the full funnel, end to end
Is driven by pipeline and revenue impact
Speaks the language of engineering executives
Travel to key markets (~30%)
Preferred
Bonus: has prior sales experience
