WOW24-7 is seeking a Customer Support & Outbound Calling Agent to support a client project. The role involves providing inbound customer support, making outbound calls, and ensuring a high level of customer experience across various communication channels.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide first-line support
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment booking, and outreach campaigns
Respond to customer inquiries via text or messaging platforms
Book free trials, discovery calls, or service appointments
Provide accurate information using internal documentation and FAQs
Log, document, and escalate unresolved issues in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Advanced spoken and written English
Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
Previous experience in customer support, call center, or similar role
Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
Ability to follow scripts, processes, and quality standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good multitasking and time-management skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems and support tools
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or appointment-setting roles
Experience working with outbound campaigns or dialer systems
Familiarity with CRM or support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Experience working in BPO or outsourcing environments
