Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
Accurately process insurance applications, renewals, and claims to ensure timely and effective service
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed company goals and performance metrics
Utilize computer systems and software to manage client information and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance field
Qualification
Required
Valid insurance license (Property and Casualty) is required
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A fast learner who is adaptable to changing circumstances and eager to grow within the company
