Responsibilities
Drive operational resilience through documentation, testing and governance programs
Identify gaps in process documentation and continuity plans
Build programs and plans which meet corporate guidance while accommodating the Enterprise Solution specific needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Governance or Control testing
Sound knowledge of Risk and Controls practices
Proven ability identifying issues/defects and recommending solutions
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills
Ability to meet operational deadlines and multitask
Must be detail oriented, well organized, and a self-starter
