Responsibilities
You prospect, discover, present, propose, negotiate, and close
You will own the full revenue relationship (not day-to-day delivery) on every account in your book - both the new logos you hunt and a select set of existing high-potential accounts we’ll assign you on day one - with the explicit expectation that you aggressively grow each one into six-figure annual deals (and the biggest ones well beyond)
You’ll sell full-funnel employer branding and performance media packages:
CRBrandBlast: targeted branding emails
EventsThatScale: hiring event registration campaigns (CPC/CPA)
JobsThatScale: programmatic job distribution (CPC/CPA)
Qualification
Required
3+ years full-cycle cold outbound B2B sales
Proven track record of opening $75K-$250K+ annual deals from absolute zero
Recruitment advertising, programmatic media or agency new business experience = massive advantage
You live in Salesforce + sequencing tools and you love the hunt
