Responsibilities
Generate and manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans
Advise clients on mortgage products, rates, and loan options
Collect, analyze, and submit loan applications and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company lending guidelines
Qualification
Required
Active NMLS license in the state of Missouri is required
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Loan Officer
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
