Responsibilities
Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and Allen wrenches for daily assembly tasks
Employ measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard rulers, to ensure products meet specifications
Follow blueprints and operation sheets for standard work instructions in assembling products
Adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding of processes and machinery
Conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the process, recording gauge readings and test results
Adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating products
Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day
Perform additional job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or GED. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required
