Ten or more years of progressive experience in talent focused work
Comfort working with leaders across varied time zones especially those aligned with the eastern United States
Preferred

Experience in enterprise level talent development or talent management
Previous partnership experience supporting business leaders
Consulting exposure within professional services environments
Familiarity with global organizations and matrixed structures
Strong presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
