Responsibilities
Host planning sessions to clarify scope, objectives, and success measures
Create project schedules and monitor progress throughout the lifecycle
Identify challenges, track action items, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Manage project budgets through research, analysis, and regular status reviews
Evaluate risk and apply quality tools to develop practical solutions
Document lessons learned and distribute insights that strengthen future project outcomes
Keep detailed records, reports, and notes for use by leadership and stakeholders
Ensure that the right people and resources are assigned to each phase of the project
Coach team members as needed and provide constructive performance feedback
Qualification
Required
Three to five years of experience in project management
Ability to oversee active construction initiatives within a busy field environment
Clear communication with site teams, partners, and leadership
Comfort with rapid workflows and shifting field priorities
Exceptional organizational ability across documents, schedules, and resources
Experience in leading project definition discussions
Ability to align objectives with key partners
Experience in shaping detailed work plans that outline milestones and performance expectations
Ability to coordinate day to day field execution
Experience in maintaining accurate documentation
Ability to provide steady communication regarding progress, risks, and resource needs
Experience in creating project schedules and monitoring progress throughout the lifecycle
Ability to identify challenges, track action items, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Experience in managing project budgets through research, analysis, and regular status reviews
Ability to evaluate risk and apply quality tools to develop practical solutions
