Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for daily operations in the 400S PSCA (Perma-Shield Casement and Awning) supermarket and warehousing area, focusing on efficiency and layout optimization

Partner cross-functionally with operations, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements

Design and implement part storage solutions to reduce floor space, improve accessibility and safety

Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and improvements

Lead continuous improvement projects aligned to lean manufacturing principles

Analyze and improve material flow and inventory systems within the manufacturing area

Utilize sound project management tools for complex projects and key initiatives

Utilize engineering tools like AutoCAD and Visio for analysis and design

Promote a hands-on, high involvement approach to problem solving

Required

4-year degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

1-4 years of relevant experience

Strong project management skills
