Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Design and configure Oracle Procurement modules to support end-to-end procurement workflows
Define procurement policies, approval hierarchies, and controls within Oracle
Configure and support Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, and Requisitions
Manage supplier setup, supplier qualification, and supplier collaboration processes
Configure purchase orders, blanket agreements, contracts, and sourcing rules
Support the full P2P lifecycle including requisition to purchase order, receipt, invoice matching, and payment integration
Ensure seamless integration with Oracle Payables, Inventory, and Receiving
Support 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching processes
Implement procurement controls to ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Support tax, accruals, encumbrances, and period-close activities related to procurement
Assist with procurement reporting, analytics, and reconciliation with Finance
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
Lead or support unit testing, system testing, and UAT
Support go-live, post-production stabilization, and ongoing enhancements
Work closely with Finance, Inventory, Legal, and IT teams to ensure aligned P2P processes
Provide end-user training and support documentation
Act as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle Procurement solutions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Procurement / P2P functional implementation and support
Strong understanding of procurement business processes and controls
Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Purchasing
Experience integrating Procurement with Payables, Inventory, and Receiving
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Contracts
Knowledge of Oracle Financials (AP, GL) and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations or upgrades
Oracle Procurement or SCM certifications
