Build and grow relationships with shippers and carriers

Negotiate rates, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery

Work cross-functionally with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams

Deliver exceptional service to customers with urgent transportation needs

Freight brokerage experienceLogistics expertiseCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilityTime management

Required

Proven experience in freight brokerage or logistics

High sense of urgency and strong communication skills

Ability to problem-solve quickly and think on your feet

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN or other listed branch
