Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships using diverse, effective sales strategies

Deepen and grow existing client relationships to increase overall market penetration and identify cross-selling opportunities across Randstad services

Skillfully negotiate and manage staffing agreements, including client bill rates and candidate pay rates, ensuring profitable outcomes

Maintain meticulous records of client information, sales activities, and forecasts within company systems to ensure effective sales process management and reporting

Qualification

Required

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven, verifiable track record of achieving and surpassing targets

Specific expertise within the staffing or recruiting industry, ideally with a focus on Business Administrative and Office (BAO) roles

Demonstrated resilience, high self-reliance, and a clear history of being results-oriented and driven

Preferred

A degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable
