RMA Operations Specialist

The role involves supporting the production of remanufactured products through various tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring product quality and safety while managing RMAs effectively.

Responsibilities

Unpack and check-in inbound RMA products into the RMA systems

Inspect and sort returned units for further processing

Assist in moving work-in-progress and production materials to various testing, rework, and repair stations

Perform order picking, filling, and packaging service orders for outbound shipments

Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipment of all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and timeliness

Collect repair data and help maintain RMA repair database

Operate hand tools and simple test equipment to test incoming product

Complete other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Shipping and receiving practices ideal

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and written work instructions

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team

Effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure RMAs are managed correctly

Basic MS Office proficiency and computer skills

Preferred

RMA processing experience is a plus

Previous manufacturing experience desired
