New Grad, Entry LevelLISI Aerospace North America is focused on ensuring quality standards for their products and processes. The Quality Engineer I will be responsible for establishing and maintaining these standards through audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities
Performs internal and supports supplier audits in accordance with published schedules and procedures or specifications
Review and follow-up on corrective action submittals and closes acceptable corrective actions upon final approval, escalates to management as necessary any questionable corrective actions
Review engineering drawings for accuracy following QA procedures
Initiate and/or revise Quality Assurance manual, procedures, and work instructions as directed by the Director of Quality Assurance
Update and mail supplier quality and delivery rating reports, as required
Advise the Director of Quality Assurance of any possible quality concerns/ incidents as required
Perform AS9100 awareness training and implements processes as assigned by Management
Assist in on-site audits from customers and / or regulatory bodies
Responsible for attending all training provided and for adhering to all HSE procedures, policies, and plans, conforming to reporting requirements, and safe operating procedures at all times
Required to bring any known or suspected nonconformances for all company procedures or legal requirements to management’s attention immediately
Continually seek opportunities to improve our HSE performance by establishing objectives and targets, measuring progress, and reporting our results
