Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Data, and Product leadership to provide compelling, comprehensive insights that drive strategic decisions
Be an expert in revenue performance metrics and support critical decision-making by analyzing and presenting key trends (e.g. ARR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, CAC, etc.) with a clear narrative/perspective
Build scenario models for ambiguous projects, initiatives
Standardize reporting and analyses to ensure consistency across revenue teams, such as owning the Executive M/QBR cadence
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Partner with the Finance team to manage and improve the planning process and insights
Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, or a related role, in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company; compensation experience is a plus
Solutions-oriented professional with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate elaborate data or processes into clear, concise insights
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Advanced Excel; high proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Hex, PowerBI, Tableau)
Proficient in SQL
Thorough understanding of Sales & CX workflows and reporting
Leverages AI; enjoys automating comprehensive tasks
