Regional Vice President
PWCampbell is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to support their growth by driving business development in the New England territory. This role involves identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities
Drive lead efforts through travel, events, outreach, and referrals within assigned territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting
Conduct presentations to educate prospects on our sales process
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Initiate and develop relationships with prospective clients, industry stakeholders, and league representatives
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting through use of CRM system
Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development efforts with branding, technology and design-build solutions
Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and contribute to broader strategic initiatives as required
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree or equivalent and minimum of five years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably prospecting and selling or working in the financial services industry
Travel 3-4 days weekly within designated territory – overnight stays required
Excellent client relations management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office, etc.)
Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record
Current and creative knowledge of sales techniques to win the business
Clear written and verbal communication skills
