Build and manage reports, models, and loan analyses in Excel
Conduct rent roll reviews and preliminary loan sizing for multifamily deals
Perform borrower and property due diligence, identifying risks and issues
Research markets using third-party data sources
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent reporting
Provide analysis and feedback to the SVP of Sales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and team player with ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in real estate or finance analysis preferred; internships considered
Salesforce, CoStar, or CRM experience a plus
