Responsibilities
Oversee the Accounting group to produce daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting deliverables
Manage a team of 6
Review and develop a comprehensive understanding of all mortgage documents and management, joint venture and operating agreements for all investments
Work with tax preparers on the preparation and review of annual tax returns
Compile year-end reporting packages and related schedules required for the annual audits
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 15+yrs experience residential or commercial property owner/operator
Preferred
CPA is a plus
Public Accounting experience is a plus
